Learey Technical College

Learey Technical College (LTC) first opened its doors in June, 1993. LTC offers career and workforce education in the areas of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Fire Fighter programs. We offer these programs at Instructional Service Centers throughout Hillsborough County. Classes are only available on campus. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
